​Work with top professional and former college lacrosse players to enhance your skills as a defender.  Players will train on footwork, checking, and ground balls.  In addition, goalies will learn proper positioning, stick work, and footwork to make every save.

Training Stations:  Face-offs/Defensive Positioning, Checking, Ground Balls, Goalie Positioning
